So who isn’t a fan of working from home? Very few would openly admit to being against it. The fact of the matter is the most effective way to communicate is still face to face no matter what new tools we have (individuals and interactions over processes and tools). Does working from home have its place? Yes. Has it been abused and made us less effective as well? I think so.
So yes, it’s overdue. The #WomenInAgile session was almost three months ago, but honestly it took about that long to get my bearings back afterward. It was a busy year in preparation for The Changing Face of Agile, Agile 2016 presentations (2), and other conferences, articles, etc. But here I am, and I am so excited…
Just when you think something is such a simple and basic principle, you realize that the basics are often the first to go and the first to be questioned. Let’s revisit the definition of done and dissect this…Including a very high level take on the GROWS idea.
