Women in Agile Research Project – Help Needed! Men welcome, too!

As some of you know, I am completing my Master of Art in Organizational Leadership concentrating in Strategic Management this semester. As part of my graduation requirements, I need to complete a leadership action project. I chose a project to understand why women are less involved in the Agile community than men.
I conducted interviews with seven women to discuss the issue and based on their responses came up with some key themes. I used survey to validate these themes and potentially gather new themes around why people are involved and why women are less involved. I got all the responses I was looking for when the survey was open. Thanks to all those that helped.
I will plan on posting the final project and results when it is complete at the end of this semester. I also hope to present on it at upcoming conferences and continue to gather information around this issue to help increase involvement in the Agile community through all its members!
I appreciate the help and support!
